Meet Beau Caza

As a certified nutritionist, Beau Caza is poised to position himself as a prominent figure in the field of sustainable nutrition. Former radio talk show host of the environmental segment “Green Sense” airing from McMaster University’s CMFU 93.3FM, Beau is now set to include “author” to his growing list of designations.

Having founded a non-profit community organization in 2008 while helping raise funds for the Ontario Public Interest Research Group at McMaster University, Beau began his passion for public speaking at environmental and social justice conferences held for high school students. As the founder of Green Fork Nutrition, a nutritional consulting firm offering private and professional consultation services for individuals and businesses looking to improve their health and vitality, Beau looks to capitalize on his experience by marketing a sustainable diet that is healthy and educationally based.

Beau currently lives in the Durand neighborhood of Hamilton, Ontario, where fellow Hamiltonian’s are likely to run into him. He’s often found working on his computer at a nearby coffee house or combing through the book shelves at the Hamilton Public Library. He shops at the Hamilton Farmer’s Market regularly and enjoys running along the local Bruce Trail with or without a shirt.
